Comic Strip at the end of the Australian version of City of Heavenly Fire

** MAJOR SPOILER ALERT**

** LOOK AWAY NOW IF YOU DON'T WANNA KNOW **

** GIVING YOU ONE LAST CHANCE **

** SCROLL BELOW AT YOUR OWN RISK **

I have the eBook version of City of Heavenly Fire however, @princess_tegs kindly sent me the comic strip at the end of City of Heavenly Fire (CoHF) hardcover book.

The comic strip is only available in the Australian and UK version of CoHF.

The artwork is by the amazing Cassandra Jean and it shows the ghosts of Jessamine Lovelace and Will Herondale witnessing the wedding of Jem Carstairs and Tessa Gray on the Blackfriars Bridge, London. It's such a beautiful scene... see for yourself! (Click to enlarge).

  1. Thank you, thank you, thank you so much for posting this. It is the most beautiful thing and made me want to cry. Will, Tessa and Jem. Those three get me every single time. Love, love, love. And Simon with his runes, attending with Izzy--yes!

  2. Your welcome! It brought together all sorts of feels didn’t it? It a great way to get some closure from Infernal Devices with our favourite trio (Will, Jem & Tessa) and with the other Shadowhunters we also grew to love over the Mortal Instruments series (yes yes YES we can call Simon one now!).

  4. Thank you for posting this! I got the UK Kindle Version of CoHF, so I didn't get to see this!

This really made me tear up. I have to go for lunch at a Pub on Blackfriars Bridge on Wednesday, and this is going to be stuck in my head making me emotional, I'm sure! lol

    1. You're welcome! I think the person you are referring to is Magnus... not sure, but it would make sense if it was him since he is a warlock and Shadowhunters can only glamour themselves, not area's/objects.

I'm with you there, I'm going to miss the TMI crew!

  8. Aww that way beautiful.... But is Jace with Emma? Did he dump Clary? Kind of confused...

    1. No no! Jace is very much with Clary but you learn in City of Heavenly Fire that Jace is a bit of a 'celebrity' in the young Shadowhunter circles and Emma looks up to him. So when Jace gives Emma his first ever Stele, it is like she is 'starstruck' :) It's cute! (I assume you were referring to the UK/USA Target Comic Strip version)

I wish I lived in Australia or the UK so that I could buy COHF from there. I wish I had the comic!!!!! It isn't fair. IDK why the publishers couldn't give ppl the letter AND the comic!
